Don’t be fooled by Subway’s “healthy”, “eat fresh” facade. Other than the raw veggies, Subway is full of unhealthy fattening options. For example, take a look at the Meatball Marinara. Order it footlong with italian bread and provolone cheese and you’re looking at over 1100 calories with 46g of fat and 2850mg of sodium. You would have to eat 16 whole eggs to get the same amount of calories.
